Photos of Porsche 911 restored by Singer on Autoblog.com
I normally don’t like doing photoshoots during the middle of the day, but I think this particular one came out very well. This is Singer Vehicle Design’s fourth car built including the prototype, and I’ve been fortunate enough to photograph all of them. This one is a little understated for me, but beautiful nonetheless. You can see all of the photos over at Autoblog.com.
ALMS at Laguna Seca photos on Autoblog.com
This past weekend I headed up to Monterey for the American Le Mans Series race at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. It’s been a few years since I’ve been to an ALMS race, and was a little disappointing to see the big prototype teams like Audi absent from the grid, but a very competitive GT class made up for it. You can see the full set of photos over at Autoblog.com.
2012 Volkswagen Golf R photos on Autoblog.com
Of all the cars I photograph there are only a few that I’d realistically like to own. The 2012 Volkswagen Golf R is one of those cars. It’s may not be the fastest or the best handling car out there, but it’s the perfect blend of sportiness, comfort and practicality. It’s too bad it’s $35k. You can see the entire set of photos over at Autoblog.com.
Cover feature for July 2012 issue of 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords
The July 2012 issue of 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords was released yesterday with my photography of Creations n’ Chrome’s Boy Racer Mustang on the cover. It’s one of the coolest Mustangs I’ve seen and was more than worthy of a cover, but it was also one of the hardest to photograph thanks to its chrome paint. It reflected literally everything! You’d think the car is just for show, but owner Gary Watson plans on putting the car through its paces. Just this last weekend he broke 180 mph in the Mojave Mile!
You can see screenshots of the cover and the rest of the article below.
2012 BMW 335i photos on Autoblog.com
I feel like I’ve been shooting a lot of black cars lately, so this photographing this white 2012 BMW 335i was quite refreshing. The photos just went up on Autoblog.com as well as the review, and according to Michael Harley, save your money and get the 328i.
Inspecting the Audi R8 LMS
This week I got the opportunity to go check out the very first Audi R8 LMS race car in the United States. More details and photos to come later this week…
Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 photos on Autoblog.com
I normally don’t love shooting black cars, but like the Lexus LFA, this 2012 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is an exception. With the black-on-black Centennial Edition package, it’s probably the most visually appealing Corvette I’ve ever seen. You can see the entire set of photos and the review over at Autoblog.com.
Featured in April 2012 issue of 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords
It’s been a couple months since I had photos in a magazine, so it was nice to see the April 2012 issue of 5.0 Mustang & Super Fords released today. Inside are my photos of a heavily customized Shelby GT500 built by Galpin Auto Sports, and I think the article turned out nicely. You can see the entire article below.
Behind the scenes – Hyundai Genesis photoshoot
Fellow Autoblogger Michael Harley snuck in this photo of me shooting a Hyundai Genesis for an upcoming comparison article. I’ll post a link to the article and the complete gallery of photos when it goes live in the next few weeks.

It’s been a busy week for me over at Autoblog. To cap the week off my photos of the 2012 Bentley Continental GTC just went up with a review. You can see them here.
