The May 2014 issue of Modified Mustangs & Fords came out this week, and while I didn’t make the cover, I did have two separate features in the magazine. Interestingly, both were black first generation Mustang coupes and were some of the cleanest classic Mustangs I’ve photographed. You can see both complete articles below.

Mullin Automotive Museum

I’m not a huge fan of pre-war cars, but I always enjoy a trip to the Mullin Museum. They always have an incredible selection of cars on display, and the museum itself is very photogenic. My most recent visit was to see the new exhibit, “The Art of Bugatti”, and it didn’t disappoint. You can learn more about the exhibit and see photos over at Autoblog.com.

There are beautiful cars, and then there are Aston Martins. The Vanquish in particularly is stunning, and the Volante (convertible) version even more so. Aston Martin On Ice

Last month I spent the better part of a week in Crested Butte, CO for the first annual “Aston Martin On Ice” event in North America. The weather wasn’t friendly some of the time – one day there was a snow storm and another the windchill was -12 F – but overall it was a huge success. The Viper has always been one of my favorite cars, so I was excited to get my hands on this red/black beauty for a photoshoot. Unfortunately this was one of those photoshoots that didn’t go as planned. I got kicked out of my location at the last minute, and had to make do elsewhere. The photos didn’t turn out bad, but they weren’t anything like I was hoping for. You can see the full gallery over at Autoblog.com.

Featured in March 2014 issue of Rhapsody

Haven’t heard of Rhapsody magazine? It might be because it’s fairly new, or it might be because you don’t fly in first class on United. The magazine can only be found in that cabin or at United lounges in airports around the world.

Given Rhapsody’s demographic, it’s no wonder Bugatti chose the magazine for a story on their “flying doctors”, or traveling mechanics that service their cars around the world. I was fortunate enough to document the story for the magazine, which you can see below.

Hennessey Venom GT top speed record photos released

The news broke this week that the Hennessey Venom GT hit 270.49 mph at the Kennessey Space Center earlier this month, and I’m proud to say I was there to document the occasion.
