OVC 1965 Shelby GT350R photos on Autoblog.com

It’s not often I can squeeze in last minute shoots, but when the call comes in that two Shelby GT350 Mustangs built by the Original Venice Crew are going to be up at Willow Springs International Raceway the next day I’m definitely not going to say no. I wish I could have had some more time with the cars, but thankfully the cars looked spectacular even in the midday light. You can see the photos and read more about the cars over at Autoblog.com.

Cover feature for 2016 Shelby Annual Magazine
It’s been quite a while since my photography has been featured on the cover of a magazine, but this one was worth the wait. The photograph took quite a bit of work to get right, requiring six vehicles to be placed in a relatively small area and waiting for just the right light, but the result was exactly what I was hoping for. You can pick up this special Shelby issue from The Enthusiast Network on just about any newsstand now.

One of my favorite companies to work with is Classic Recreations, who always produced both beautiful and powerful cars. Their latest is this Shelby GT500CR 900S painted in Pepper Grey and featuring an 800 horsepower supercharged V8 under the hood. DigitalTrends.com has done a wonderful write-up on the car using my photography, which you can see

Superformance Shelby 50th Anniversary GT40 photos released
Last week I did a very quick photoshoot of an incredible car – a Superformance/Shelby GT40 built specifically for the 50th anniversary of the original car’s win at Le Mans in 1966. The car is 90 percent interchangeable with the original, and the anniversary models even feature right hand drive with a right hand shift. The car I photographed is the first of twenty that will be built and had just two miles on the odometer. The photos have been released by Superformance and Shelby, and are now being featured in various publications online.
